The reamers below are designed to quickly, accurately, and precisely ream headtubes when used with Park's Head Tube Reamer (HTR), ensuring a perfect headset fit and prfoessional-quality bicycle build. Choose the correct reamer for your application using the following information: - 751.2: This reamer is sized to 30.1mm. This allows a 0.1mm interference fit when pressing the 30.2mm headset of the “Euro” one-inch standard. - 754.2: This reamer is sized to 33.9mm. The allows a 0.1mm interference fit when pressing the 34.0mm headset of the 1-1/8" standard. - 788: This reamer is sized to 43.95mm. It reams head tubes to accept “internal” headset cups with 44.05 - 44.10mm O.D. (1-1/8 ZS standard). It is used with Park Tool's 690-XL Facing Cutter and 750 Centering Cone. - 738: This reamer is sized to 52.1mm. It is used to ream head tubes using the 1-1/2" integrated headset standard. It is used with Park Tool's 690-XL Facing Cutter and 750.2 Centering Cone Adapter. - 789: This reamer is sized to 55.95mm. It is used to ream head tubes to accept “internal” headset cups with 56.00–56.10mm O.D. (1-1/2 ZS standard). It is used with Park Tool's 690-XXL Facing Cutter and #750 Centering Cone Adaptor. - 799: This reamer is sized to 47mm. It is used for cutting the lower head tube on frames using an IS47 bearing for a 1-1/4" integrated headset. It cuts a 45-degree bearing set shoulder.

The 2197 is an add-on accessory for the Park Tool DT-5 and DT-5.2 Disc Brake Mount Facing Set to enable easier and more efficient facing of disc brake mounts on carbon fiber frames. Features a brazed-on diamond grit surface that is over 100 times more durable and effective on carbon fiber than the cutter included with the DT-5.2. The 2197 sits between the cutter of the DT-5.2 and the brake mount, and smoothly and evenly grinds the mounting surface until it is flat and properly perpendicular to the rotor. NOTE: The 2197 is intended for facing carbon fiber only. Aluminum, steel, and titanium disc brake mounts should be faced using the #2171 facing cutter included with the DT-5.2. For carbon frames that feature aluminum inserts (with a carbon/aluminum hybrid mounting surface), use the #2197. When machining carbon fiber, regularly apply water (or a similar solution) to the cutting surface.

Many bicycles will not shift or track properly because the front and rear wheels are not in line with the frame. If these conditions still exist after wheel and derailleur adjustments, the seat stays, chain stays, and rear drop outs of the frame may be misaligned. For years the accepted method to check the alignment of the rear drop-out was to run a string on either side. This method does work to some extent. However, it is not accurate because the measurement is not taken at the drop-out. With the Park Tool Frame Alignment Gauge, the alignment can be checked quickly and accurately at the drop-out. It includes a retractable pointer to fit all sizes and types of bicycles.

The TPT-1 easily plugs the hole by inserting one of the 5 included vulcanized rubber plugs into the puncture. This shrinks the puncture down to a manageable size, allowing the tubeless sealant to do its job and reestablish a seal. Please read below for use and compatibility information specific to each size cutter: - 45mm (690): The 690 cutting facer is used on the HTR-1, HTR-1B, BFS-1, and BTS-1 cutting and facing tools. The facer has an outside diameter of approximately 45mm. - 57mm (690XL): The 690-XL is a larger version of the 690 facer for the HTR-1 Head Tube Reamer and Facer. It has a nominal outside diameter of 57mm. It may be used in conjunction with the 788 reamer. It is also used with the 767 Pilot or the 768 Pilot to face only the large diameter headtubes used with, "low profile," ZS-type headsets. - 65mm (690-XXL): The 690-XXL faces large headtubes. It has a nominal outside diameter of 65mm. Use the 690-XXL facer with the 750.2 Centering Cone Adaptor and 789 Reamer or 790 Pilot when facing head tubes with internal diameters of 55.95–55.90mm.

The CRS-15.2 uses two different insert rings to install bearing races on the 1.5-inch and 1-1/4-inch forks. The bearing surface is spared a direct hit by using aluminum inserts. Using a hammer, tap firmly on the end cap of the tube and seat the race into its proper place safely and accurately. Included extension allows work on fork steering tubes up to 425mm. - SHIS terminology: The CRS-15 services crown races in SHIS 33 and 40.

Park Tool's Bottom Bracket Bearing Tool Set removes and installs (with a bearing press which is sold separately) BB86, BB90, BB92 and Press Fit bottom brackets from Shimano, Race Face, SRAM and others that use a nominal 24mm-diameter spindle. This tool has a bearing remover that fits inside the bottom bracket shell and into the bearing so the bearings can be tapped out of the frame with a hammer. The set also includes two bushings that you use in conjunction with a bearing press for precision bearing installation (bearing press sold separately).
