We stand behind everything we sell*. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the item within 30 days, and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please see "Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds" below for more information.

**Some items (closeouts, oversized, overweight) may not qualify for free ground shipping. Such items are determined at the discretion of The Bike Shoppe and will be communicated to the consumer before the order is fulfilled. All bikes are categorized as oversized/overweight and will incur additional shipping and prep fees.
'In Stock Now' Availability: These orders are dispatched within two business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3-10 business days depending on your location within the United States.
'Special Order' Availability: These orders are dispatched within seven business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3-10 business days depending on your location within the United States.
We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
'In Stock Now' orders will be ready for pickup within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time for assembly.
'Special Order' status will require additional processing time to transfer merchandise from off-site locations. These orders will be ready for pickup within 3-10 business days.
An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item immediately, please call ahead to confirm that the product is available.
Your personal information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, only the last five digits of your credit card numbers are displayed. You have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. If this should occur, we will contact you to inform you of the back-order status. Back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If the order contains multiple items, all available items will be dispatched within 2-7 business days. Your credit card will only be charged for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
We're proud to stand behind everything we sell*. If you're in any way unhappy with the item you purchased, it can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. We will not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Products must be returned in new condition and with the original packaging material. Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay return shipping costs unless the product received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If the item you received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please call Nate at (801) 476-1600.

- Clearance or closeout items
