Details
We designed Diamondback's el Oso Tres to be capable of any adventure you point it at. Of course, you might argue that a fat bike with a suspension fork is overkill, what with the high-volume/low-pressure Maxxis Minion FBF/FBR 26x4.0-inch tires already soaking up rocks and gripping Mother Earth like they were slathered in glue. Then again, we built this bike with the most remote and technical trails in mind. When you're days away from the nearest trailhead, a burly, winter-tested fork plus a reliable parts package all come in really handy. The KS E30i dropper seatpost improves maneuverability on dicey downhills. Thru-axles front and rear add stiffness for enhanced steering precision. Overkill? Heck. Yeah. Bring on the overkill. Bring on the adventure.

A dropper seatpost allows you to quickly lower and raise your seat to give you an ideal riding position. Dropping your seat creates a lower center of gravity for better control and maneuverability on steep descents, while raising it puts you at normal riding height for efficient pedaling.
Construction can include either hydraulic- or cable-actuated systems and the post’s travel can either be infinitely adjustable or stopped at set intervals, depending on the model.
Dropper seatposts come in standard lengths and diameters and vary by the amount of travel.
